Sarah is just wonderful.She is a lovely lady and after a treatment with her I feel so much better; my back is straighter and I feel more energetic and younger. I have a treatment every 4 weeks which helps me to maintain a good posture and not suffer anymore from all the aches and pains that I used to get in the past. I can't thank her enough.

I didn't know what to expect during my first visit to Sarah but found the massage quite an experience! Following the massage, acupuncture and dietary advice I feel well on the way to alleviating some of the problems, with my knees, I have been experiencing for a few years now. You have to throw yourself into it 100% to get the benefit. :!happy:

I have been having treatment for many different problems. Including shoulder/neck. Tendenitis, TMJ (jaw problems) and stress. Sarah has been amazing. Always happy, and positive advice. Great treatment would definitely recommend to everyone.

Having had a shoulder problem for several weeks I decided to try Active Balance in Croxley Green on the recommendation of a friend, I am so glad I did. The treatment was first class and throughout it I could feel my shoulder responding . In February 2016, I had an accident through which I broke my left side collarbone. As a result I had an implant surgery with a titanium plate and 7 pins. After more than 5 months of fisiotherapy I could only move my arm little above 50%. Then it was Sarah that through only one session managed to restore my mobility to over 95%. Soon after that my mobility was completely restored without needing any treatment. I was so happy by her ability to restore my health in such an efficient and fast way.
